These terms govern your use of nexuslingo.com and the interpreting, translation, and consulting services provided by NLI — Nexus Lingo Intelligence ("NLI", "we", "us").
Services
NLI provides professional interpreting (in-person, phone, and video), document translation, and language access consulting. All assignments are delivered by certified, native-speaking linguists. Quotes are provided in writing and become binding once accepted.
Bookings & Cancellations
Confirmed bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy: cancellations made fewer than 24 business hours before the assignment may be billed at the full session minimum. After-hours and emergency Russian assignments are billed at the after-hours rate from the moment the assignment is dispatched.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate allowed by Wisconsin law.
Quality & Liability
NLI provides interpreting and translation services to professional industry standards. NLI's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. NLI is not responsible for outcomes of the underlying medical, legal, or business matter for which interpreting was provided.
24/7 Russian Emergency Line
Our 24/7 emergency interpreter line is dedicated to Russian language assignments only. All other languages are scheduled in advance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
